Recent commission to design a Centre Promoting Health Independence at the Kingston Centre site. Design includes GEM, Sub Acute and Rehabilitation beds and Residential Care beds for Kingston, and Palliative Care and Residential Care for Calvary HealthCare Bethlehem. This facility will be state of the art and designed for low and high care and ageing in place. The total design is $229 million with a funded stage of $46 million currently being documented.
