St Andrews Memorial Hospital Redevelopment, Brisbane

This project in Brisbane is the major redevelopment of an existing hospital for Uniting HealthCare. The hospital is located on a sloping site which made the masterplan proposals a challenge to integrate the various existing and new levels. Early works contracts were put in place to vacate various existing buildings considered in the way of the major ward development. Departments included in the development are the kitchen, cafeteris, Operating Theatres including recovery, CSD, Cardiac Catheter Labs and three levels of wards. The project is now completed.
