• 2 radiotherapy bunkers (one fitted out)
• Ambulatory oncology
• Health and wellness centre
• Foyer and reception area
• Shell area for Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research The proposed building to be future proofed to take Stage 2. This includes inpatient wards for acute oncology beds, clinical trials program, a palliative care unit, 2 extra bunkers and associated radiotherapy planning space.
