Lee Deveridge

Lee is an Associate of Silver Thomas Hanley, who is passionate about creating spaces that are not just functional, but provide the occupants with enjoyment and comfort. This passion, coupled with her extensive knowledge of construction and project management makes Lee an excellent project leader in Health Architecture; managing each project from inception to completion, and ensuring the completed project provides the expected functionality and quality.

With extensive experience across multiple facets of Architecture in both Australia and overseas, Lee excels in the challenging situations that each project presents. She derives great satisfaction from delivering a building that not only meets the Clients brief, but that exceeds the Client’s expectations.

One of Lee’s favourite projects has been the St John of God in Geelong. The extension of the existing Private Hospital involved provision of a new Consulting Building with very distinctive and striking angular facades, creation of a new central atrium bringing light into the internal spaces and addition of new emergency and operating departments. Incorporating state of the art facilities and inviting interior spaces, the revitalized building is now a landmark that delivers high quality healthcare.

Lee is currently managing the final coordination and construction phase for the clinical levels of the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre. This exciting project is nearing completion, in February 2016.
