Ian Wong
Associate

Ian Wong first joined Silver Thomas Hanley in 2005 and has developed into an accomplished health care registered architect. Ian has taken lead roles in the design, presentation and documentation phases of various hospital projects with key involvement in major developments such as the PPP proposal for the $1.76B New Royal Adelaide Hospital, currently under construction, and the recently completed $260M Orange Hospital PPP project.

Ian has had extensive involvement in the master planning of major hospital projects both private and public, metropolitan and regional, Australian and International in addition to the above projects including: Taranaki Base Hospital, NZ; St John of God Hospital Ballarat, VIC; Monash Medical Centre, Paediatrics Redevelopment, Clayton, Victoria; and Puri Indah Hospital, Jakarta.

Ian has also taken leading roles in the delivery of projects with responsibility for contract documentation for Monash Medical Centre, Clayton campus Interim Works and Eastern Health mental health projects, Victoria. Most recently, Ian has undertaken master planning of major Hospital proposals for design competitions in Malaysia and China for both public and private, greenfield and brownfield developments.
