Niagara Health, Ontario, Canada (Updates)

In April of 2009, the first pour commenced and construction is now fully underway at the new Health-Care Complex and Walker Family Cancer Centre in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.

Silver Thomas Hanley, as part of the Plenary Health team, won the PPP for Niagara Health Complex and with the STH +B+H team, are undertaking the project from the STH office in Toronto, Canada.
It is the first hospital to be constructed as a Design, Build, Finance and Maintain (DBFM) project in partnership with Infrastructure Ontario under the provincial governments Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) delivery model. This cements STH as one of the leading Health Planners in Canada.
